La Comunidad autonomía de Cataluña( España-U E  ) , nunca , nunca ha sido un país , ni una Nación ..Cataluña era una región de España que antes del 1492 , formaba parte del Reino de Aragon , Cataluña  región de Aragon ,  que tenía un Condado : El Condado de Barcelona . Reino de Aragon, que con el reino de Castilla y León , y del reino de Navarra , en 1512..de la mano de los  reyes católicos , se creo el reino de España, un reino con más de 500 años de Historia . España es un país , con un modelo de estado dividido en Comunidades autónomas. Autonomías, de las que la región de Cataluña , es una de las Comunidades autónomas de España como entre otras , Madrid, Navarra, Aragon....entre otras , que forman España. Comunidades autónomas , con más  competencias que los Lander ( estados alemanes : Estados Federales , en que esta dividida regionalmente Alemania ) ..España es uno de los países más descentralizado del mundo.  El expresidente de la Comunidad autónoma de Cataluña ( España -U E ) ,  huido ( prófugo )de la justicia de España , por cometer  un delito de :  *malversación de caudales públicos* , entre otros delitos como el de prevaricación , sedición  y rebelión  por ir ( atentar )contra la Constitución , la integridad territorial y la soberanía de España Celebrando un referéndum ilegal ,  inconstitucional y fraudulento  de independencia  , al igual que ilegal e inconstitucional la declaración de independencia que el mismo declaró  .España -U.E  , es un país,  una nación Democrática y Constitucional , un estado de derecho con separación de poderes, y como tal está actuando  , y tomando entré otras decisiones que se ajustan a la legislación de España y de la U.E ,  como es la aprobación del artículo ,155 de la Constitución de España , y la posterior convocatoria de elecciones autonómicas en la Comunidad autónoma de Cataluña que se celebraron democráticamente  el día 21 de diciembre del 2017, resultando ganador el partido político  constitucionalista de Ciudadanos, obtuvo  el mayor número de votos y de escaños .
El Sr Carles Puigdemont , que se encuentra huido de la justicia de España , en Bruselas ( Bélgica ) , esta utilizando los  medios de comunicación  internacionales ,  para su proclamas electorales y falsedades , como que en España hay presos políticos ( recordar que Amnistía Internacional le ha recordado a Carles Puigdemont ,  que en España no hay presos políticos , ) entre otras falsedades que esta diciendo a la opinión pública de Europa y del mundo en sus entrevistas .Carles Puigdemont , es un ciudadano de España , de la U.E , y ha cometido varios delitos , como el de * Malversación de caudales públicos * entre otros delitos citados  , penados con prisión , delitos todos ellos contemplados en la legislación de España / Unión Europea.
